Girls enjoy Essex FA Futsal Festival
8 teams of girls from: The Downs, Pear Tree Mead, William Martin, Church Langley, Holy Cross, St Lukes and St Albans took part in a recent Futsal Festival, hosted by Essex FA at Passmores Academy. During the afternoon the girls played in a series of indoor games, with some young leaders officiating. The girls had a great time, passing, shooting and screaming; they all received certificates and photos at the end of the afternoon.
As always our thanks go to the people behind the scenes who provide these opportunities - Laura Tyler of PTM who liases with Emma Burden at the Essex FA and to Andy Martin at Passmores, who provided the venue and the sports leaders. Well done all.
