Change 4 Life Festival @Church Langley

What a great start to the sporting calendar!

That would be an apt description of the Change 4 Life festival which was held today at Church Langley Primary School. The afternoon event saw 14 teams from: Church Langley, Fawbert and Barnard, The Downs, Tanys Dell, Nazeing, Hare Street, Potter Street, Purford Green, Little Parndon, Cooks Spinney and William Martin particiapte in a rotation of fun and energetic activities to the backdrop of some ‘funky’ tunes. The children were well-organised by some 48 Sports Leaders from Church Langley and everyone had an amazing time.

Thanks as ever was given on the day to the staff, spectators and Sports Leaders but I am delighted to be able to share with you some personal messages received afterwards:

Just wanted to say that the children had an amazing time, the leaders in pink were so lovely with them. I really liked all the high fives and smiling. The funny dancing between activities was very good. Thank you.

What a great afternoon. You all work so hard and really put on a great event. Your sports leaders are a credit to your school and we're brilliant with all the children involved. Thanks again for your hard work and a massive well done for today!
