Henry Moore's fin-tastic performance in galas

Congratulations and huge thanks to everyone who helped make this years Swimming galas such a huge success again. It was amazing to see so many competent swimmers enjoying themselves; even those who were nervous made great progress. Even more pleasing was how ‘slick’ the event was; we finished the afternoon by 2.45pm, which delighted the Leisure Zone and makes it easier for us to get a re-booking! Thank you to all the school staff for their support; apologies that we didn’t have any sports leaders on hand to give out the medals in the afternoon but these will be delivered to your schools this coming week. Thanks hugely to Arnold Worton-Geer for managing the start of the races so well and to Cassie Broughton for her support and guidance for many other schools throughout the events!

Congratulations to all the competitors and to the teams from Henry Moore for triumphing across both galas with substantial leads.
