Congratulations to the Girls Years 5/6 team of Kingsmoor Academy who outscored all of their opponents and narrowly pipped Henry Moore (runners-up) to deservedly take the title; they are now looking forward to representing Harlow at the Essex County on Tuesday 16thNovember in Chelmsford.
The sun shone brightly on the fantastic newly re-laid surface at MHA; the astro turf pitch was in great condition and it was an amazing feeling to be back outside taking part in a sporting event. The girls were amazing and the smiles on the faces, the sportsmanship shown throughout matches the standard of football on the pitch. A huge thanks to MHA for rescheduling some lessons to enable us to run this competition. Thanks to Sam Hammond and Daniel Smart for assisting David Stacey (SGO) in running the event. And to the teaching staff for bringing all the players to MHA for the morning’s activity.
