Congratulations to the team from Cooks Spinney who claimed victory in the Futsal Finals held at Mark Hall Sports Centre. The four winners from the previous week’s qualifiers (Little Parndon Reds, Freshwaters and Little Parndon (Blacks) joined Cooks Spinney for a morning of Futsal action. The standard of play was good, with less players on the pitch than in previous competitions, the additional space allowed better play. Once again, the goalkeeping was very impressive and goals were usually well-worked.
