Year 3/4 Girls Football Festival – superb

Well done to all the girls from the 11 teams who ventured to MHA on one of the bleakest mornings we’ve had in a while. The girls were full of smiles, despite the cold weather and wind. The standard of play was excellent and there were many individuals with obvious talent mixed in with girls who clearly had a determination to learn and play; it was a great mix. Thanks to all the parents, spectators and staff who encouraged all the girls to get involved, applauding good play whichever side.

The results were as follows:

Group 1

Kingsmoor

Church Langley A

Church Langley B

Fawbert and Barnard A

Fawbert and Barnard B

Group 2:

Cooks Spinney

St Nicholas

The Downs A

Tanys Dell A

The Downs B

Tanys Dell B
