FORE! – Tri-Golf Fun at CL

Thanks to the 9 teams of 4 who attended the Years 3 and 4 Tri-Golf Festival at Church Langley this morning outside on the all-weather pitch. Once all the teams had arrived, the children set to work rotating through 9 different golf-themed activities. Despite quiet strong winds, they putted, chipped, stroked and smashed their way through a morning of fun games designed to improve their skills and understanding of golf. There were many improvements throughout the morning’s events, which was well supported by the school staff in attendance. The children really enjoyed playing on the 5-hole mini course, where they were able to put into practise many of the skills acquired through the games.

Teams attending were from: Cooks Spinney, Little Parndon, Freshwaters and Potter Street.
