Thanks to George and Peter from the Harlow Gymnastics Club for passing on their knowledge in a super morning of CPD at the Great Parndon Community Association gym. Despite the best attempts of the roofers, the 18 attendees had a blast. Under the instruction of George, the participants were given tips and practical advice on perfecting moves for the Key Steps events – to be held in May 2020. Everyone had great fun improving their teddy-bear rolls, vaulting on a springboard and backwards rolls – as you can imagine with the characters we had , there were a range of different moves on display, mostly followed by loud fits of laughter.
Thanks to Peter and George for hosting the event and to the attendees for making this morning so enjoyable. Well done all.
