Year 3 and 4 Girls in Football Fun

Congratulations to all the young ladies who braved the elements and ventured to Church Langley to take part in the annual Years 3 and 4 Football Festival. Despite the hastily rearranged venue and timings the 14 teams equipped themselves magnificently and really enjoyed themselves. As you’d expect there were various levels of footballing abilities on display throughout the morning but the squeals of excitement were universal.

A big thank you to Church Langley Primary School for hosting and accommodating spectators at such short notice; and as always our thanks to the School Games staff of Harlow – David Stacey, Gill Pardoe and Sam Hammond for running such a well-attended and smooth event.

Teams attending today’s events were:

9.15am to 10.30am

Holy Cross A and Holy Cross B, Hatfield Heath, St Nicholas, Henry Moore and Freshwaters

10.45am to 12.00pm

Fawbert and Barnard, The Downs A and The Downs B, Tanys Dell, Church Langley, Cooks Spinney A and Cooks Spinney B.
