Year 1 and 2 Football Festival Fun!

Well done to all the teams who descended upon Passmores Academy on Friday morning to take part in the Year 1 and 2 Football Festival. Having learnt from last week, the absence of parents made things easier for the main office, enabling the children to get on and play. Once underway, the teams thoroughly enjoyed themselves, showing a range of differing abilities and skills. Thanks to all the school staff for ensuring that the teams were kept warm and ready to play when required; the re-pooling of teams ensured that all the second round matches were more evenly matched. As it was a festival, there was no overall winner. Teams taking part were: Holy Cross x 2, Cooks Spinney x 2, Saint Nicholas, Little Parndon, Henry Moore x 2, Freshwaters, St Albans, St Lukes, Milwards, Tanys Dell, Pemberley Academy, Hatfield Heath, Kingsmoor and Church Langley.

Our thanks were given to all the staff at Passmores Academy for their support with this event.
