Congratulations to the team from The Downs (1) who triumphed at the recent Year 3 and 4 Tennis Festival held inside on the fantastic courts at the Harlow Tennis Club. Will Calvert, Luke Spooner and a team of members from The HTC were on hand to deliver a great event for the 11 teams of 4 players from a variety of Harlow Primary Schools.
The afternoon saw the event move into its final stages with The Downs narrowly edging out , Tanys Dell and Hare Street. Teams entering were as follows:

ü The Downs A, B and C
ü Holy Cross A and B
ü Hare Street A, B and C
ü St Nicholas A
Thanks as always to the staff from the schools who really make a concerted effort to provide these fantastic opportunities to the children; thanks to the Harlow Tennis Club for their support in organising such a wonderful festival.
