Gifted and Talented day success MHA Dec 2015

It is with great pleasure that we can once again report on the fantastic work that continues in Harlow to provide children with unique and amazing sporting opportunities. 72 children from 18 different Primary Schools attended the first of this year’s 'Gifted and Talented' days at Mark Hall Academy and participated in a series of events including benchball, bmx-ing and sportshall athletics. The children performed amazingly well and developed their skills of communication and teamwork, which were the key focuses of the day. Working in mixed teams the children developed some great friendships throughout the day, having the opportunity to share their passion for sport with like-minded people.

As always our thanks go to David Stacey (SGO Harlow), Gill Pardoe, Dan Pardoe and Julian Allen (Braintree Bullets Bmx Head-Coach) for leading this event. The children clearly enjoyed their day and have given plenty of suggestions for future events in their schools through the feedback forms.

More photos from the day are available in the gallery.
