Holy Cross dominate Dodgeball Finals
Huge Congratulations were given to Holy Cross RC after they dominated the recent Dodgeball Tournament at Mark Hall Academy Sports Centre. Depsite the withdrawal of several teams due some confusion over the date, the teams from Holy Cross finished 4th, 2nd and 1st, with the winning team going froward to reprsent Harlow in the forthcoming Level 3 event.
Seven teams from Church Langley, Katherines, Harlowbury and Holy Cross dodged, threw and caught their way through an afternoon of high drama and great enjoyment. Over 50 children made fantastic progress throughout the afternoon, becoming more accurate in their throwing and catching skills whilst developing some great team work and sportsmanship.
Thanks were given to David Stacey for organising the event and the staff who helped to officate during the frenzied games. A real success for Harlow Schools - congratulations to everyone who participated. Good luck to Holy Cross for the next round.
