County Final Success for Harlow
A dream has come true for the year 6 football team from William Martin Junior School which has qualified to play in a tournament at Premier League giants Arsenal.
The side from Tawneys Road school will take on other schools from London and the home counties at the Emirates on February 9th.
This was after the Harlow representatives were runners up in the Essex County finals in Colchester.
A school spokesman said they were a credit to William Martin School and their families.
William Martin lost to Moulsham Primary School in the final on Penalties after the game finished 0 – 0.
However, William Martin had accumulated more points in the group stages than any other team and so progress to the next stage.
