About the club

At HAC we strive to provide a safe and secure platform to develop young athletes from our community with expert coaches and we are able to provide access to international coaching and competition - but our focus has always been about team work, fair play and the retention of local talent and giving back to our community.

Whether you’re a newcomer, youngster, veteran, or finely tuned athlete Harlow Athletic Club is the perfect place for you to improve your athletic ability or to just keep fit in a friendly, sociable environment.

All Ability coaching for those with additional needs is on

Monday 5.30 – 6.30 pm (10 – 14 yrs) and 6.30 – 7.30 pm (15 – Adult)

at Mark Hall Sports Centre

Spaces are available

 

General training is on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.30 – 8.30 pm at Mark Hall Sports Centre.

Minimum age 8 years
