Well done to all the teams and competitors who took part in today’s Hockey Qualifiers at Mark Hall Academy; the standard of play improved greatly throughout for many teams, whilst those who have clearly practised during PE sessions looked very accomplished. Thanks especially to Malcolm Harries, Rachel Eastland, Elissa Brignall and Cassie Broughton for stepping in to help umpire after Gill Pardoe was taken ill during lunchtime (she is resting in bed and hopes to be well for Friday’s swimming gala).
The results are as follows with the teams in bold making it through to next week’s finals at MHA.
